When will I receive my ears after purchasing?
Once purchased, there will be a 3-4 week processing time (plus shipping). This is the amount of time I need to hand-create your ears. Once they are created I will then ship them out.
When is your shop open?
Shop openings will be announced on Instagram and on my website. All products will be listed as “Sold Out” until the shop is open. This way you can see what will be available to purchase ahead of time. I am a solo-adventurer so once my limit is hit for the week, I will close my shop.
What is your return policy?
Each Ear is made to order, so all sales are considered final. If you have an issue with your product, please email me at hello@paradisefallscreative.com.
How are your ears made?
Each ear is made for comfort and durability in mind! The headband and ears are sewn and then the ears are sewn onto the headband for lastingness.
What size is the headband?
The headbands are 15″ from end to end so it’s a one size fits all for adults.
